I would tell them that it is a great place to live and start a family. We have friendly neighbors and unlike most rental communities, it feels like a neighborhood.

It's very quiet, with the occasional train. The neighbors are very friendly and work oriented. Staff is wonderful and maintenance is great.

With the exception of a periodic train, a relatively quiet community, secure & nestled in a residential neighborhood with quick access to major routes & shopping/dining facilities. Grounds & maintenane team (led by Jimmy, the "can-do" neighbor you've always wished for) is a great value.
